Yes. Start working with your own portfolio and bring suppliers in later. When a supplier joins by invitation, it accesses the same company identity and the authorised work related to it. Available actions depend on the plan and active partnerships.
Yes. Organise your catalogue, price lists and sales network, then invite the agencies you work with. Within a partnership enabled by the supplier, agents can browse the catalogue and enter orders. Access stays within the partnership and follows the plan, role and permissions.
MANA identifies companies using their country and VAT number. If a partner has already added your company, the invitation process lets you view the relevant data and explicitly activate management of its identity. Registering as a user and taking on company management are separate steps.
You’ll find orders already recorded in MANA that your company is authorised to view, including the relevant historical information. Joining does not recreate the company or rewrite its orders. Data and activity outside MANA require an import assessment.
The party that activates company management takes responsibility for its profile. Partner edits and proposals follow the rules for each area; terms and agreements keep their own context. Taking on identity management does not automatically enable every commercial feature.
Search in the app shows the identifying information needed to recognise the company. Access to orders, terms and actions depends on authorised roles and partnerships. Private commission splits between agencies remain visible only to the agencies involved.
